Upgrading the Computer Technology Infrastructure An Annual Gift of $11,000 for Five Years or A Contribution to Establish a $275,000 Endowment Fund With the generosity of donors over recent years, the offices and labs of the faculty, staff and students have been outfitted with desktop computers – some of which are Pentium I and Pentium II machines in need of being upgraded. This funding proposal is designed to replace the Pentium I computers and some of the Pentium II computers as well as providing laser printers for the offices of the Deans and Department Chairpersons.   Option A Option B Annual Gift of $11,000 per year for Five Years (Providing a total of $55,000 over five years) Endowment Gift of $275,000 (Providing $11,000 for Annual Expenditures in Perpetuity) $10,800 allocated annually for 5 years to upgrade 12 Computers per year $10,800 allocated annually each year in perpetuity to upgrade 12 Computers per year $200 allocated annually for 5 years to upgrade 1 Printer per year $200 allocated annually each and every year in perpetuity to upgrade 1 Printer per year
