• 63% of the University's operating budget comes from donations and gifts from the local and international community.

• 18% of the University's operating budget comes from student tuition revenue that is funded by donor scholarships (this includes the donation from MECA for student tuition fees)

• 12% of the University's operating budget comes from the tuition fees that are paid by students

• 7% of the University's operating budget comes from the Palestinian Authority
