Alumnus Assumes New Leadership Role
Mr.
Maher Turjman, B.U. Class of 1991, has been named as
the new Regional Director of the Pontifical Mission
in Jerusalem. Maher has been serving the Pontifical
Mission in Jerusalem as the Deputy Regional Manager
since February 2002. While at B.U. Maher majored in
Business with a Minor in Accounting.

Turjman and wishes him well in his new responsibilities.
Father Guido Gockel, long-time friend
of Bethlehem University, has completed his term as
Regional Director of the Pontifical Mission in Jerusalem.
He is returning to New York where he will assume a
new position soon at CNEWA (Catholic Near East Welfare
Association), as the Associate National Secretary of
CNEWA United States.
