CNEWA and Pontifical Mission Representatives Visit Bethlehem University

On 8th July 2004 Bethlehem University hosted representatives of CNEWA and the Pontifical Mission for Palestine , both long-time friends and supporters of Bethlehem University .

The visitors were H.E. Rev. Marcel Andr Gervais, Archbishop of Ottawa, Canada; Msgr. John Faris from CNEWA, USA; Mr. Carl Etu, Director of the new CNEWA, Canada, Offfice; and Mr. Maher Turjman, alumnus of Bethlehem University and Regional Director of the Pontifical Mission for Palestine.

Currently CNEWA representatives are visiting the Holy Land so as to familiarize H.E. Archbishop Gerais and Mr Etu with the various issues, difficulties, and developments there, especially now that a CNEWA Canada office has been established.

The guests were hosted in Bethlehem University by Brother Cyril Litecky, Assistant to the Vice Chancellor.
