Workshop Held in Bethlehem University on “Children with Cancer”

As part of the efforts of Bethlehem University so serve the local community and to respond to societal needs, a workshop was held on campus about “Children with Cancer.”

Students from the Faculty of Nursing, Faculty of Education, and those in the Community Service Program, attended. The workshop took place in cooperation with Zeina Institute, a local NGO.

The aim of the workshop was to train Bethlehem University students how to help children with cancer.

Ms. Vera Baboun, Assistant Dean of Students, stated that the “topic was selected so as to encourage B.U. students to be active with the community and to raise their awareness on treating with children with cancer.”
