Knights and Ladies of the Equestrian Order, Western USA Lieutenancy, Visit Bethlehem University

On Wednesday, 3 November, Bethlehem University hosted 16 Knights and Ladies of the Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulchre of Jerusalem, Western USA Lieutenancy. The group was led by Ms. Elizabeth Wood, and Mr. Patrick Power, Lieutenant.

Brother Jack Curran, Vice President for Development, welcomed the guests and invited them to see the Chapel dating back to 1903. Brother Jack highlighted the paintings on the ceiling depicting the story of salvation, the frescos depicting various religious events, and the paintings of children saints on the walls.

Prior to having lunch in the Institute of Hotel Management and Tourism, Brother Vincent Malham, President-Vice Chancellor, welcomed the guests to Bethlehem University.

The Knights and Ladies attended a Multimedia Presentation about Bethlehem University, and spoke to Dr. Jeanne Kattan, of the faculty of Arts and instructor in Bethlehem University for 24 years. Students participating in the discussion were: Ameer Baboun, Yara Obayat, Lara Khamis, Veroniqa Zaidan, Mary Zreineh, and Waleed Al-Hadweh.
