B.U. Women’s Soccer Team Competing Abroad

The women’s soccer team of Bethlehem University competed in the Arab women soccer championship, held in Jordan, 31 March – 9 April. Ms. Samar Araj Mousa, Physical Education Instructor, and Mr. Raed Ayyad, Coach, accompanied the female athletes on their trip abroad.

The team played four games against two teams from Jordan, one team from Syria, and another team from Bahrain.

The Bethlehem University athletes came back satisfied with the results despite the fierce competition. They played very hard, demonstrating significant skill and determination.

The Bethlehem University female athletes who participated in the competition were: Honey Taljieh (Captain), Jackline Jazrawi, Ghada Abu Rumman, Shatha Bannoura, Maha Araj, Dalia Kharoufeh, Sarab Shaer, Hiba Saeed, Fida' Mousa, Fida' Fannoun and Tala Abu Eid.
