dedication of the new ICP building

At one o’clock on Monday afternoon, June 20 th, the sun was shining brightly on the newly enlarged building housing the Institute for Community Partnership on its newly landscaped surroundings. The occasion was the dedication of the existing building with its expansion. Over 100 staff, students and friends stood in the pleasant afternoon sun as Br. Vincent thanked all those involved in this project; the donors, the designers, the builders, the internal staff and everyone else involved. When Br. Vincent stepped aside, Moussa Rabadi, the Director of the Institute, gave a brief history including hopes for the future of this center devoted to community development. Fr. Jamal then blessed the building. A tour of the three classrooms and various offices in the building followed by a brief reception concluded the event. Congratulations were offered all around as the guests departed.
