In Appreciation of Mary P. Dolciani Halloran Foundation

Thanks to the support of the Mary P. Dolciani Halloran Foundation, and the leadership of its late President, Mr. James Halloran who has been a great friend and supporter of Bethlehem University , all computer laboratories on campus are connected to the internet where students are privileged to access the internet for their research, academic studies and e-mail communication.

Mr. James Halloran’s personal and professional commitments to supporting educational institutions such as Bethlehem University will be long remembered by the students, faculty and staff. Speaking of the importance of internet connectivity to students, Joseph Hodali, a junior majoring in computer information systems said, “Internet connectivity is crucial, it provides us the opportunity to communicate with the whole world, we are grateful to the Mary P. Dolciani Halloran Foundation”. Johnny Anustas, a senior student majoring in business administration said, “In these days no one can live without the internet, it is a must for our academic life, we thank the Mary P. Dolciani Halloran Foundation”.

As a symbol of appreciation for the commitment of the late Mr. James Halloran to provide a quality university education to young Palestinian women and men, a memorial plaque has been installed in the largest student computer laboratories on campus.
