Promoting Long Term partnership between Lund university and Bethlehem University

On 22 August 2007 , the Department of Arabic at Bethlehem University signed a cooperation agreement with the Department of Classics and Semitics at Lund University-Sweden. This is a first and important step of educational cooperation whereby students and professors of both universities have the opportunity to learn from and teach each other.

Through it's exchange component among students and faculty, it is expected that this cooperation will lead the way for a long term partnership between Lund and Bethlehem Universities .

Professor Moin Halloun, Chairperson of the Department of Arabic, signed the agreement on behalf of Bethlehem University as Professor Henry Diab, Director of Studies, signed on behalf of the Department of Classics and Semitics of Lund University.
