Institute for Community Partnership / Bethlehem University graduated 200 participants who attended the Capacity Building Program for employees of Municipalities, Joint Councils and Government Institutions at Bethlehem and Hebron Area.
The program was conducted by the Institute for Community Partnership and funded by Konrad Adenauer Stiftung (Ramallah Office). It took place during the period between October 2007 and April 2008.
The program includes fourteen training courses entitled: Accounting & Financial Management, Budget Planning and Improvement Local Revenue, Conflict Resolution and Prevention, Ethics and Accountability in the Local Public Sector, Public Relations & Communication Skills, Strategic Planning, and Sustainable Management of Projects in the Public Sector. Beside other six workshops entitled “Networking and Collaborating of Local Governments and NGOs / Strengthen and Activate Cooperation between Government Organizations and NGOs”.
