Bethlehem University Hosting Former Prime Minister of the Netherlands

Bethlehem University is now hosting Mr. Andreas van Agt, former Prime Minister of the Netherlands and member of the University’s Board of Regents.

University representatives briefed Mr. van Agt about the academic process since the University was founded, and he met faculty and staff and discussed with them the political situation.

The students spoke to Mr. van Agt of their daily suffering on Israeli checkpoints and the inhumane treatment there by Israeli soldiers.
