Part-Time Job: Restaurant Training Supervisor

Job duration: From 3 October 2022 – 19 January 2023 (Fall Semester)

Bethlehem University is seeking an experienced Restaurant Training Supervisor to work on a part-time basis (30 hours a week) in its Hotel Management and Tourism Institute.  The position holder is responsible for:  the efficient organization and implementation of restaurant training activities for university-level students; providing up-to-date information about professional food and beverage service techniques, and ensuring that students know how to maintain a healthy and safe dining environment.  This position includes administrative and financial duties involving following up on restaurant reservations, preparing purchase requests, monitoring deliveries, and checking the accuracy of invoices.


  • BA in Hospitality Management
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in professional restaurant operations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
