Job Title: Dean of Students
Bethlehem University is seeking full-time Dean of Student Affairs. This position requires a flexible weekly schedule in which the 40 working hours per week may include evenings and weekends. The position holder must effectively work with a diverse student body, manage various student services, oversee the Student Senate and student activities, and collaborate with academic and financial offices. Part-time teaching is required depending on the availability of courses.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Master’s in Social Work, Education, University Administration, or a related academic field.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- At least 5 years of experience in managing university student services and activities or practicing social work and/or teaching university students.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
