The Institute of Hotel Management and Tourism at Bethlehem University is proud to announce the participation of their graduate, Hassan Al Butmeh, in the TASFED World Competition for Culinary Arts, which took place in Istanbul with the participation of 23 countries from around the world. Mr. Butmeh won the Gold medal for preparing and serving international dishes and the Silver medal for preparing and serving authentic dishes.
It is noteworthy to mention that Chef Hassan Al-Butmeh was one of the distinguished students in the ninth cohort of the Culinary Arts Program, that is presented by the Institute of Community Partnership and implemented by the Institute of Hotel management and Tourism at Bethlehem University. This program aims to create professional cadres to help improve the level of the hospitality sector.
