Full Time Job: Computer Labs Supervisor

Bethlehem University is seeking to fill the vacancy “Computer Labs Supervisor”. The position holder ensures the availability and smooth operation of the University computer labs by overseeing the good functioning of all computer hardware and software and providing technical support to lab users.  The position holder oversees the daily operation of the computer labs, including maintenance and inventory management.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree within the area of assigned responsibilities.
  • 2+ years experience in IT support and helpdesk; related experience and training or equivalent combination of both education and experience.
  • Strong understanding of computer software and hardware.
  • Strong software and hardware troubleshooting skills.
