Bethlehem University Launches Procurement Training through AFAQ Project

As part of its ongoing mission to empower local communities through education and capacity-building, the Institute for Community Engagement & Partnership (ICEP) at Bethlehem University has launched a specialized training course in “Procurement in Non-Profit Organizations.” This initiative is being implemented under the AFAQ Project Emergency Response II, in partnership with the Latin Patriarchate of Jerusalem.

The training program brought together 11 participants from the parishes of Bethlehem, Beit Jala, and Beit Sahour. The course aims to provide participants with practical experience in their chosen career paths, improve their employability, and increase their understanding of the job market.

The course is one of several planned under the broader AFAQ project, all of which are tailored to meet the evolving demands of the labor market in Palestine.
