The Institute of Hotel Management & Tourism, in partnership with the Institute for Community Partnership, successfully concluded the Culinary Arts Diploma Program with a final examination held last Tuesday, 11 November 2025. The program, accredited by the Palestinian Ministry of Labor, continues to prepare students with the professional skills needed to enter the culinary and hospitality sectors with confidence.
The final examination showcased the students’ culinary abilities through a rigorous evaluation process led by a distinguished panel of chefs and industry experts:
- Chef Nabil Aho
- Chef Laura Abu Ghattas
- International French Chef Ferdinand De L’Epine
All participating students passed the examination, with several delivering exceptional work that reflected both creativity and technical mastery. Their success highlights the strong training and hands-on experience offered throughout the program, as well as the students’ dedication to developing their craft.
This milestone marks another step forward in strengthening professional vocational education at Bethlehem University, ensuring that graduates are well-prepared to meet the demands of the evolving job market in Palestine and beyond.
