Imad Skakiyya, M.Sc.

Lecturer

Bethlehem University 1986 graduate with a major in English language and literature and a diploma in Education. I earned an M.Sc. degree in Applied Linguistics/ Teaching English for Specific Purposes (TESP) from the University of Aston in Birmingham-UK, in1992. From 1992-2006, I worked at Hebron University as the director of the Center for Languages and Translation and as a lecturer. I have joined the Bethlehem University community as a full time Lecturer in the English Department fall 2006. I have also been the coordinator of the Intensive English Program since 2010. Among the courses that I teach are: ESP, Linguistics, , Sociolinguistics, Discourse Analysis, Contrastive Linguistics and Error Analysis.
