Friends of Bethlehem University Shared Drive | DAM - Digital Assets Management

Welcome to the official Shared Drive for Friends of Bethlehem University. This space is designed to keep you informed, equipped, and connected with all the resources you need to support and promote Bethlehem University around the world.

Access and Permissions

View-Only Access: You can browse and download documents, images, and media.
Editing Access: Selected users can upload and manage content. If you believe you need edit access, please contact the Drive Administrator.

Folder Structure Overview

Here’s a quick look at what you’ll find:

  • General Information: Background on the university, leadership, vision, and contact info.
  • Official Documents and Reports: Strategic plans, annual reports, and financials.
  • Academic Information: Overview of faculties, research, and partnerships.
  • Communication Materials: Flyers, brochures, brand assets, and press materials.
  • Fundraising and Development: Current campaigns, donation information, and impact stories.
  • Media and Multimedia: Photos and videos from key events and campus life.
  • Regional Chapters: Resources specific to each Friends group (e.g.,Jordan,  USA, UK, Italy).
  • Archive: Older materials for reference.

How to Find What You Need

  • Use the search bar with keywords (e.g., “Annual Report 2024”, “Donor Presentation”).
  • Navigate by folder name if you’re browsing by topic.
  • Each file includes a title and date to help identify the most current version.

Updates and New Materials

The drive is updated monthly, with a full review every quarter.

  • Do not share individual files publicly, use Bethlehem University’s official channels or request media kits from Marcom.
