Advanced Pastry

Target Group: Chefs, bakeries, housewives and anyone who is interested in baking.

Course Content: the course will cover the following topics:

  • several methods for baking different cakes
  • making various buttercream and custard based fillings
  • working with different variations of Rolled Fondant (Homemade, marshmallow, Chocolate )
  • Royal Icing
  • decorating  with modeling chocolate
  • border and flower piping
  • Pastillage
  • Gum Paste
  • Marzipan Modeling
  • 3-dimentional cakes

Place: Bethlehem University – Institute of Hotel Management.

Duration: The training will start on Monday, February 24th, 2020 for 60 hours (20 sessions – 3 hours each) according to the following schedule:

Course fee: US$ 450 per participant, to be paid upon registration, which covers training materials and Certificate of Completion that will be granted to participants at the end of the course.
