On the 10th of November ’21, Ms. Narmeen Qumsieh from the Nursing Department visited the Library with 47 first-year students.
Ms. Elizabeth D’souza extended a warm welcome to Ms. Narmeen Qumsieh and her students. The Library staff Miral explained at the garden level all the journals and periodicals that can be used by the students. Juana, Mirna, and Vera explained the different services and gave a demo on how to search for the resources on OPAC.
Valerie, Mary Claire, and Sana explained the services on the first floor. Mary Morcos explained the Palestinian heritage at Turthuna and Sr. Rose pointed out the importance of Archives in BU.
The students were delighted with the interactions they had in the Library. Thanks to Ms. Narmeen Qumsieh for these great efforts.
