The Palestine Institute for Biodiversity and Sustainability at Bethlehem University organized an event at Bethlehem Secondary School for Girls to launch the first mobile educational exhibition of its kind in Palestine on Tuesday, 10 May 2022.

As part of the “Unity and Diversity in Nature and Society” project funded by the European Union, the mobile educational exhibition aims to reach different schools and universities as well as marginalized communities in Palestine.

The event was held in cooperation with the Office of the Ministry of Education in Bethlehem and was attended by representatives from the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Higher Education, Ministry of Tourism, Ministry of Agriculture, Environment Quality Authority, the European Union, and partner organizations.

The exhibition will provide an opportunity for thousands of students to learn about biological and human diversity in Palestine and the importance of preserving it through the samples and educational materials it contains. Therefore, the exhibition will contribute to the sustainability of the Palestinian people and nature.
