It is with deep sorrow, that we announce the passing away of our esteemed colleague, Mr. Ibrahim Elias Nuaimi, Computer Labs Supervisor at the Information Technology Services Department / Technology Infrastructure and Support Unit, a (1995, 2016) graduate of Bethlehem University, on this day Thursday, 30 March 2023 at the age of 62.
Mr. Ibrahim, or as most people knew him “Abu Elias” began his career at Bethlehem University in January 1983; he served the students and his colleagues with gentleness, compassion, and humor. Ibrahim was known of his lively spirit, which made him a special character on campus.
On behalf of the entire Bethlehem University community, we express our heartfelt condolences to his wife, Sahar (BU 1987), and his children, Sireen (BU 2014, 2022), Elias (BU 2018), and Mohammad and all who grieve the passing of our beloved, dedicated, and valued colleague and friend.
