Bethlehem University is pleased to share that Mr. Naji Alslaibi, Director of Institutional Affairs, has received the Best Paper Award at the 2nd Innovative Horizons Conference, held virtually on 17 July 2025. The conference, themed “Insights for Business, Technology, Sustainability, and Education in the Digital Era,” brought together researchers and academics from across the region and beyond.
Mr. Alslaibi’s paper, titled “How Psychological Capital Disclosure Influences Earnings Quality and Bank Value: Evidence from Emerging Markets,” was selected as the best research contribution from a competitive pool of submissions. The paper was co-authored with Ali I. Hussein, Saddam M. Mahmood, Tania Q. Abdulrahman, Wisam N. Hussein, and Husni Hasan Samara.
Representing Bethlehem University at the conference were Mr. Elias Mukarker, Instructor at the Shucri Ibrahim Dabdoub Faculty of Business Administration, and Mr. Hassan Costantini, Director of Quality Assurance and Enhancement, who attended the sessions and extended their congratulations to Mr. Alslaibi and his research team on this notable achievement.
