Hotel Management Students Celebrate Pasta Day

On the occasion of World Pasta Day, the Hotel Management students, in collaboration with the training staff, organized a special event dedicated to celebrating pasta. During the event, students hand-prepared fresh pasta dough and cooked two of the world’s most renowned pasta dishes. They also presented a brief historical background on each dish to the attendees.

Mr. Elias Juha, the Director of the Institute of Hotel Management and Tourism stated that such activities represent an essential component of the students’ practical learning experience. Under the supervision of the academic staff, students plan menus, set prices, promote their dishes, and manage the workflow in a fully integrated manner. This hands-on approach equips them with real-world professional skills and prepares them for successful careers in the hospitality industry.
