Hotel Management and Tourism Students Explore Local Dairy Production with Al-Jebrini Company

As part of its extracurricular learning activities, the Institute of Hotel Management and Tourism at Bethlehem University hosted representatives from Al-Jebrini Dairy Company on Friday, 24 October 2025, for an engaging and informative session focused on local dairy production and culinary innovation.

The representatives delivered a detailed presentation on the different types of dairy and cheese products, their production processes, and creative uses in cooking and food presentation. The session offered students a unique opportunity to connect classroom learning with real-world industry practices.

Participants included students from the Institute of Hotel Management and Tourism and those enrolled in the Culinary Arts Diploma Program, offered in cooperation with the Institute of Community Partnership. The session also featured an interactive discussion, during which students explored the importance of local dairy production to the hospitality and restaurant industries in Palestine.

This activity reflects Bethlehem University’s commitment to experiential learning and its ongoing partnership with local industries to enhance students’ professional skills and deepen their understanding of the Palestinian food and hospitality sector.
