Arabic Language Students Engage in Cultural Exchange at Bethlehem University

The Brother Vincent Malham Center for Teaching Arabic to Foreigners at Bethlehem University organized a special cultural exchange activity designed to promote the integration of international students into the university community and help them experience its academic and social environment firsthand.

The gathering brought together international students enrolled in the Arabic Language Program and a group of Bethlehem University students for an engaging dialogue and cultural interaction. The event aimed to foster mutual understanding, friendship, and linguistic exchange between students from diverse backgrounds.

During the session, participants took part in interactive activities that encouraged communication and collaboration. Each international student was paired with a language partner from Bethlehem University, offering them a valuable opportunity to practice Arabic in a supportive environment and to better integrate into campus life.

Adding a delightful cultural touch, students shared a traditional Palestinian cookie tasting, enriching their understanding of Palestinian heritage through food and conversation.

Participants expressed their appreciation for the initiative, emphasizing its role in strengthening cross-cultural communication and enhancing the sense of community on campus.

This initiative reflects Bethlehem University’s and the Brother Vincent Malham Center’s commitment to creating interactive platforms that support the social and academic integration of international students and their academic achievement within a rich and interconnected university community.
