As part of the OCTH220 – Human Growth and Development course, the Rehabilitation Department at Bethlehem University organized a special guest lecture on Tuesday, 28 October 2025, for Occupational Therapy students.
The session was delivered by Ms. Dalia Elias, Instructor in the Department of Midwifery, who brought valuable professional insights to the class, combining a theoretical lecture with a simulation-based learning experience.
The simulation practice component was implemented in collaboration with Mr. Nouraldin Talbishi, Instructor and Clinical Simulation Coordinator at the University’s Clinical Simulation Center. This collaboration facilitated a structured, hands-on learning experience that enhanced students’ comprehension of developmental and birthing processes within the gynecology and obstetrics simulation environment.
Anan Ghabbash, Course Instructor and Chairperson of the Rehabilitation Department, expressed appreciation to Ms. Dalia and Mr. Nour for their collaboration and contribution to enriching students’ learning experiences through innovative teaching methods.
This initiative reflects Bethlehem University’s ongoing commitment to promoting experiential and interdisciplinary learning within the health sciences.
