From 28 to 30 October 2025, the Zbierski Library at Bethlehem University welcomed 75 third-grade students from Al-Ibrahimieh Society School, accompanied by their teacher
The visit aimed to familiarize the students with the library’s resources and to deepen their appreciation of Palestinian cultural heritage. Librarian Ms. Sana Salsa warmly welcomed the students and introduced them to the various collections and facilities available on the ground floor.
The students then visited George Nasra Center for Palestinian Heritage – Turathuna, where Ms. Mirna Zoughbi and Ms. Sana Salsa provided engaging explanations about the center’s exhibits, highlighting traditional clothing, artifacts, and customs. The interactive session encouraged students to share their thoughts and answer questions about Palestinian heritage, sparking lively and thoughtful discussions.
The visit concluded with a screening of the short film “Old Bethlehem”, which vividly portrayed scenes of the city’s history and deepened the students’ connection to their roots.
Bethlehem University extends its heartfelt appreciation to Al-Ibrahimieh Society School for this meaningful and inspiring visit.
