The initiative provided a range of health services, screenings, and awareness activities tailored to the needs of university students.

The event featured several specialized health stations, including blood pressure and diabetes screenings, accompanied by extensive awareness on diabetes prevention and early detection. Healthy nutrition corner, focusing on dietary habits that support the academic lifestyle and overall well-being. Blood type testing, allowing students to easily identify their blood groups, and natural detox juice station, offering healthy alternatives to energy drinks commonly consumed by youth.

The day also included a blood donation campaign, organized in partnership with Beit Jala Governmental Hospital and the Bethlehem University Clinic. The campaign received strong participation from students, reflecting a deep sense of community responsibility and civic engagement.

As part of the initiative’s educational component, Mr. Anan Ghabbash, Chairperson of the Department of Rehabilitation Sciences, delivered an awareness session on addiction. He discussed the physical and psychological effects of substance use, prevention strategies, treatment pathways, and the crucial role of the community in reducing addiction-related risks.

These activities reflect Bethlehem University’s commitment to fostering a healthy, supportive, and informed campus environment. By combining preventive screenings, health education, and meaningful engagement, the University continues to promote a holistic approach to student well-being and empower students to make informed choices for a balanced and successful academic life.
