Bethlehem University Participates in the 12th Arab International Conference on Quality Assurance in Education

Dr. Rabiha Elyan, Assistant Professor in the Early Childhood Department – Faculty of Education, participated in the 12th Arab International Conference on Quality Assurance in Education (IACQA 2025), hosted by the University of Business and Technology (UBT) in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. 

Dr. Elyan presented a joint research paper with Prof. Noha Atteer from Palestine Technical University–Kadoorie, titled: “A Proposed Framework for Ensuring the Quality of Assessing Higher Education Students’ Performance in Light of the Requirements of Education 4.0.”

The study offered an analytical review of assessment policies and guidelines across eight Palestinian universities. Throughout the conference, Dr. Elyan also took part in several scientific sessions and specialized workshops exploring key themes such as quality assurance, the role of artificial intelligence in enhancing quality systems, integration of accreditation frameworks, and performance evaluation using advanced models and tools.

Her participation reflects Bethlehem University’s ongoing mission to strengthen academic excellence, advance educational research, and engage with global developments that improve teaching, learning, and quality assurance across higher education.
