Academic Innovation Hub Concludes New Faculty Development Program

The Academic Innovation Hub at Bethlehem University successfully concluded the New Faculty Development Program with its final session, featuring guest speakers Dr. Grace Elias, Assistant Vice President for Academic Affairs, and Mr. Jihad Abu Amsha from the Human Resources Office.

During the session, Mr. Abu Amsha provided an overview of the Faculty Manual Handbook, outlining key guidelines and procedures that support faculty in their roles. Dr. Elias presented an in-depth explanation of the university’s academic regulations, policies, and governance processes, highlighting their importance in promoting academic quality, consistency, and excellence across all programs.

This final session marked the completion of the New Faculty Development Program, an initiative organized by the Academic Innovation Hub to equip newly appointed faculty members with the knowledge and tools needed to succeed in their academic journey at Bethlehem University.
