On Thursday, 25 September 2025, Bethlehem University’s Academic Innovation Hub (AIH) hosted a New Faculty Orientation session, providing a meaningful introduction to the heart of Bethlehem University’s identity — our Lasallian mission, vision, and values. The session gave new faculty members an opportunity to explore what it truly means to deliver transformative, holistic education that nurtures the intellectual, emotional, social, and spiritual growth of every student.
Led by Br. Mark McKeon, FSC, Coordinator of Institutional Values; Br. Peter Iorlano, FSC, Vice President for Human Resources; and Fr. Garrett Gundlach, Assistant Coordinator of Institutional Values, the session explored the rich history and guiding principles of Lasallian education. Faculty engaged deeply with Bethlehem University’s commitment to faith, community, service, respect for all, and quality education.
By connecting new faculty with the University’s mission and values, the AIH continues to advance Bethlehem University’s mission of transforming lives through education. The University looks forward to the ways these faculty members will bring their talents and passion to enrich its vibrant learning community.
