New Faculty Explore Innovative Teaching Strategies at Bethlehem University

As part of the New Faculty Orientation Program, this week’s session, led by Ms. Paola Handal, Co-Director of the Academic Innovation Hub, focused on four innovative teaching strategies: Project-Based Learning (PBL), Product-Based Learning, Problem-Based Learning, and Case-Based Learning.

Through this interactive session, new faculty members explored how these approaches can transform the classroom experience, encouraging active learning, critical thinking, and student engagement. Participants also gained practical insights into implementing these methods and exploring alternative assessments that foster deeper understanding and meaningful learning experiences.

The session provided an invaluable opportunity for educators to enhance their teaching practices and align with Bethlehem University’s commitment to excellence in education and student-centered learning.
