Two Bethlehem University Software Engineering teams achieved outstanding results at the Palestinian Collegiate Programming Contest (PCPC) and qualified to the Africa and Arab Collegiate Programming Championship (ACPC), the official regional programming championship covering Africa and the Arab world.
The winning teams, team 1: Nicola Rabee, Sami Thaalba, Mohammed Jobran, and team 2: Rama Jboor, Salma Abu Odeh, Tala Faraj, demonstrated exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong teamwork, and perseverance throughout the contest, earning their place in the upcoming regional competition.
The PCPC, a national programming competition, was hosted by Arab American University in Ramallah and brought together top university students from across Palestine to solve complex algorithmic problems under real contest conditions.
In addition to the qualifying teams, team 3: Asmaa Horoub, Mariam Abu Laban, Wafaa Sous, and team 4: Mohammad Alwahsh, Mohammad Adawi, Hussein Shakarneh also delivered impressive performances, showcasing advanced technical skills and remarkable collaborative spirit.
