Cancer Immunotherapy with checkpoint inhibitors

Cancer Immunotherapy involves activating the immune system through different approaches to recognize and kill tumor cells.  One of these approaches involves using checkpoint inhibitors. It is considered a more specific approach for cancer treatment compared with traditional forms of therapy.
