Round Table Discussion: COVID and the Crisis in Capitalist Universities

The Windsor Birzeit Dignity Initiative is holding a round table discussion on the question of university governance

This roundtable will focus on the topic of new administrations of universities that are guided by industrial norms and separated from faculty under the title “COVID and the Crisis in Capitalist Universities.”

Peter Bratsis is associate professor of political science at Borough of Manhattan Community College and the Graduate Center, City University of New York. His research encompasses a variety of themes including Social Movements, Race and Ethnicity, Populism, Popular Culture, Political Theory, Political Sociology, Political Corruption, Ontology, Marxism, and Greek Politics.
